MarMotion Guide Shafts are carefully heat-treated with a surface precision ground to ISO h3. In combination with MarMotion Guide Bushes and Ball Cages the Guide Shafts provide best running behaviour of the Rotary Stroke Bearing.
The only purpose of the ball cage is to prevent the balls from being lost. HOW it is done, however, is crucial for the function of the Rotary Stroke Bearing, a smooth movement and a long service life.
MarMotion Guide Bushes are carefully heat treated. The internal diameter is adjusted for an optimized use with MarMotion Guide Shafts and Ball Cages. By that the Rotary Stroke Bearing provides an absolutely backlash-free and smooth running.
