Mahr accepts no liability for links to other web pages

In its judgement passed on May 12, 1998 - 312 O 85/98 - 'Liability for links', the Hamburg regional court ruled that co-responsibility for the content of the linked page also lies with the party who set up the link. According to the court, this can be prevented by a distancing statement.

As a precautionary measure, therefore, Mahr hereby distances itself from the contents of all linked
pages on this website.
