The MMQ 150 measuring station offers a complete system solution for monitoring form and position tolerances for the quality assurance of your products. The MMQ 150 was designed for accuracy, speed and easy operation, all in a very compact form. Only high-precision, maintenance-free mechanical bearings are used, eliminating the need for regular maintenance and replacement of compressed-air components. Mechanical bearings in the rotational axis have been successfully used for many years in other Mahr form testers, including the MMQ 400 tabletop form tester and the MFU 100 reference form tester. The interaction between the rotary table axis and the vertical axis has been optimized, making the MMQ 150 ideal for measuring cylindricity tolerance deviations. The EasyForm operating and measuring software is intuitive and very easy to use. A simple measurement with measuring record can be performed in just a few steps, with no programming knowledge required. With the help of the teach-in programming included in the software, program sequences with a customized final measuring record are just as easy to create. User measuring programs can be started via 32 function keys on the EasyForm user interface or via the 3 assignable program keys on the MMQ 150 control panel.
