Digital 3-point inside measuring device with practical features
The Micromar 844 EWR(i) inside measuring device impresses with its ergonomic handle with pull-back lever for fast, self-centring measurements over the entire measuring range and the rotatable display with touch operation. This allows you to quickly measure diameters of different sizes with one handle 0 right and left-handed users alike. The stroke path covers the entire application range of the respective measuring head.
High reproducibility of measurement results
You can use the red operating buttons in the lever to trigger a data command or activate the hold function – ideal for situations in which you do not have a direct view of the device display (e.g. in the machine). The spring-loaded measuring force guarantees high reproducibility of the measuring results for measurements such as through holes or blind holes. But not only the lever retraction is new: the integrated rotatable display module also impresses with features such as the touch control buttons with practical direct functions, an extra-hardened glass front and colored LEDs for measured value classification.
Available in many sizes
The Micromar 844 EWR(i) is available in many sizes for measuring ranges from six to 100 mm to suit your individual requirements. Three preset and tolerance values are available for dimension presetting. Depending on your requirements, you can choose between different connectivity options: the 44 EWR model with bidirectional data output (cable) or the 44 EWRi model with integrated wireless (radio transmission). Remote operation is ensured via the MarCom Professional software, which can be downloaded free of charge. The Micromar 844 EWR(i) is also available as a single device or as a set, depending on your requirements.
