Control 2023: Mahr presents numerous highlights
The following developments are particularly worth seeing:
- The cylinder coordinate measuring machines of the Mar4D PLQ product line ensure a wide range of applications directly in production, due to workpiece flexibility and multisensor technology. They operate at high speed and precision for fast and reliable measurement results.
- The MarSurf CD 140 AG 11 contour measuring machine is equipped with a touch probe over a measuring range of up to 70 mm. The probe tips can be changed quickly without tools and without recalibration.
- The Digimar 817 CLT height measuring instrument features touch operation, ergonomic handling, and a wide range of evaluation options. It is available in three measuring ranges: 350 mm, 600 mm and 1,000 mm.
- Mahr's Millimess 2000 W(i) and 2001 W(i) dial comparators offer unique and innovative features such as touch display, inductive measuring system and integrated wireless connectivity.
- Mahr Engineered Solutions (MES) has developed a cost-effective solution to automate recurring measurements. A collaborative robot loads measuring stations in the measuring room or near the production line without an operator, which significantly increases the degree of utilization of the measuring station and drastically reduces overall costs.
- Mahr GmbH and Festo Didactic SE have joined forces and developed a new, digital and holistic training concept for the field of ISO/GPS – ISO Geometric Product Specification. Employees in metrology as well as in work preparation, design and manufacturing are to benefit from this. The digital learning program will be available starting mid-May 2023.
