Modern surface metrology for handheld use
Like its predecessor M 400, the MarSurf M 410 is designed for mobile handheld use and offers a wide range of practical functions and innovative accessories that make measuring profitably easier. The measuring instrument can be used flexibly on the shop floor or in the measuring room and also features the free MarCom software solution for data transfer. It can also be controlled by third-party software, enabling permanent quality control.

In addition to its practical, efficient design and the flexibility that comes with it, the MarSurf M 410 offers automatic filter adjustment by detecting the surface structure. In addition, you can easily start your measurement program by scanning a QR or barcode without typing in extra profile information. For this purpose, your stored measuring programs are linked with a corresponding code. Evaluating the measurement data is also child's play: the device creates a finished PDF file without having to take a detour via software or a computer. The PDF files can be filled with information directly at the device
Magnetic probe holder to protect your probe
The magnetic 3-point mounting of the probe arm and the freely combinable accessories provide you with additional process reliability. Not only does it allow you to change the probe arm particularly quickly without tools, it also offers additional protection: thanks to the magnetic probe holder, the probe does not break in the event of a collision, but releases from the magnetic holder.
Smart design – according to your needs
To ideally suit its purpose, the display and probe system of the gage can be separated from each other. You can use the measuring instrument either as a handheld device or as a mobile mini-measuring station – for example, by easily attaching the display to a wall using the supplied swiveling docking station. The alignment or inclination of the touch probe can also be easily corrected using the menu-guided graphic instructions, and the touch display enables easy and intuitive operation without prior training or introduction.
