Measuring gage blocks according to the latest standard

Accuracy as per DIN EN ISO 3650
With the Precimar 826 gauge block gauge from Mahr, gauge blocks are checked quickly, reliably and with maximum accuracy in accordance with DIN EN ISO 3650. The measuring station, which has been tried and tested for years, is now being equipped with the new Millimar C1202 evaluation unit with the N1702 M-HR module. This compact length measuring device offers a high-resolution and high-contrast color display with different measured value displays (number, pointer and bar). Thus testing with the Precimar 826 PC remains at a high level.
Gage blocks up to 170 mm
The gage block tester is for gage blocks from 0.5 mm to 170 mm.
The advantages:
- The device is equipped with a rigid cast iron stand
- is temperature stable and
- heat-insensitive.
The measuring station offers a high measuring certainty of: MPEE1 (0.03 + L/3000) µm at L in mm and a repeatability [µm] +/- 0.01.

Easy measuring of gage blocks
The measurement of gage blocks with the very ergonomic measuring station is very easy:
- The test pieces and the reference gage block (standard) are placed behind each other the gage block holder on the gage block rest.
- The measuring table is designed with wear-resistant carbide metal strips, which allow a low-friction displacement of the gage blocks.
- The measurement is performed according to DIN EN ISO 3650: one measuring point on the standard and five measuring points on the parallel gage blocks to be tested are approached and measured one after the other.
