Contour measurement: The faster way to the measurement result – mount workpieces easily and flexibly


New freedom of measurement
The rule of thumb for the quality assurance of workpieces is the fewer manual operations, the faster the measuring process. The key to this is provided by the innovative workpiece support plates on the new MarSurf CD 140 and MarSurf CD 280 contour measuring stations. The spacing of 50 mm and easily pluggable guide stops allow workpieces to be positioned flexibly and in a matter of seconds with just a few hand movements. Time-consuming fine adjustment is no longer necessary.


Large mounting plate makes XY table redundant
The mounting plate of 390 x 430 mm is significantly larger than conventional XY tables – making them redundant. A TY-adjustment of 60 mm is already integrated. Workpieces up to 90 kg are placed directly on the mounting plate.
