With the 44 EWR(i) version, the latest generation of Micromar micrometers gains some exciting features that make everyday use even easier. The housing of the measuring element is made of plastic, which offers great advantages: The micrometer unit has a very compact design, so that the ergonomic lightweight offers maximum sensitivity during operation. The smooth ratchet enables particularly precise measurements, and the large, high-contrast display also ensures that the measurement results and symbols can be read quickly and accurately. All this together ensures maximum precision and reliability when measuring.

Available in many sizes to suit your needs

The Micromar 44 EWR(i) micrometers are available in application ranges from 6 to 200 mm as individual devices or sets and therefore for every requirement. The measuring heads from a diameter of 30 mm are now equipped with a black anodized surface and front plates made of stainless steel, which thanks to the harder surface and material properties provide better protection against wear or corrosion and are easier to clean. Another new feature is the three-value PRESET function, which allows you to preset dimensions and tolerances for three reference values at the same time, noticeably speeding up your setting process.

Reliable connectivity for secure data transmission

The device is available as a 44 EWR variant with bidirectional data transmission via cable or 44 EWRi with remote control capability thanks to Integrated Wireless. The MarCom Professional software is available to download free of charge.
